1. Agreement

By using Joy Fruit English at joyfruitenglish.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Operator contact: eri@joyfruitenglish.com.

2. The Service

The Service lets parents book online English lessons, manage household child profiles and co-parent access, and lets teachers manage schedule and clients. Features may change as the product develops. Paid lessons and payment terms are stated at checkout and on Pricing.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You may sign in with email/password or supported social login (LINE and/or Google Sign-In when enabled) subject to that provider’s terms.
• You may delete your account from Account settings, subject to legal retention of certain records when payments exist.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Abusing booking, invite, or messaging features
• Uploading unlawful or harmful content

5. Bookings and cancellations

Booking, cancel, and reschedule rules shown in the app (including free intro eligibility and notice windows) apply. Lesson delivery depends on teacher availability and published schedule months.

6. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing on the site is legal, medical, or educational accreditation advice.

8. Contact and changes

Questions: eri@joyfruitenglish.com or Contact. We may update these Terms. Each version is dated and kept on this site so you can read past revisions. When we publish a new version, we email account holders a short summary of what changed and a link to the updated page. Continued use after the published date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
