Lessons
Standard paid online lesson: ¥2,500 (JPY) per lesson unless the teacher sets a different price on a published set of hours. One free intro lesson is available per household when eligible (see Book).
Prices are charged in yen. The merchant is Joy Fruit English, operated as a Canadian sole trader — card statements may show an overseas / cross-border charge even though the amount is JPY.
Credits (no cash refunds)
- Cancel a paid lesson 24 hours or more before start: household credit equal to that lesson’s paid amount, valid 90 days.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before start: no credit.
- If the teacher must cancel (emergency): credit to rebook that lesson plus a half-off credit for one additional lesson; both valid 90 days. No cash reimbursement.
- We do not offer cash refunds for lesson payments.
